TICKET SALES

Ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Your ticket constitutes a revocable license and management reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets at any time, for any reason. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.

We collect personal information from you when you purchase tickets to our shows, join our mailing lists, or make a donation. This information may include your name, user name, e-mail address, post office address, telephone numbers, and other personal data you enter when visiting this web site. We only collect this information when you enter it voluntarily. We may also collect certain information regarding your use of this web site for purposes of marketing, statistical analysis and determining your interests to better serve you.

We store your personal information so we can provide you with better and more convenient service. We use your mailing address so that we can authorize any credit card purchase. Financial transactions entered through our website are protected by encryption technology. We do not store your credit card information.

HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY

Penguin Rep Theatre is handicapped accessible. Please inform the Box Office prior to ordering your tickets if wheelchair seating or special assistance will be required for anyone in your party.

 

LATE SEATING

Out of courtesy to the actors and audience, patrons arriving after the performance has started will be seated at the discretion of House Management. Please arrive on time!

 

TICKET DONATIONS       

Subscribers or individual tickets buyers who cannot attend a performance may call the Box Office to release their seats up to 2 hours prior to performance time as a donation.  In return, we will send you an acknowledgement treating the value of your released seats as a tax deductible contribution.

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 12 are not admitted unless otherwise posted.

 

THEATRE ETIQUETTE
Please turn off cell phones and chiming watches while inside the theatre. If you would like to leave your cell phone at the box office with your name and seat number, we will notify you if necessary.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY
The taking of photographs or recordings of any kind before, during or after the performance without written permission from Penguin Rep Theatre is strictly prohibited.

 

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the theatre.
