Ticket Exchanges Subscriber tickets may be exchanged free of charge, once per production, subject to ticket availability. (Flex Pass subscribers may not exchange their tickets). If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, you may exchange them for another date for the same show up to 48 hours before the start time of your performance:
On-line at www.penguinrep.org: Use the on-line form located in the “Subscriptions” section of the website. We will confirm the exchange by return e-mail.
By E-Mail: E-mail us at least 48 hours in advance of the performance you cannot attend at boxoffice@penguinrep.org indicating your name, the performance date you currently have tickets for and the performance you wish to change to. We will confirm the exchange by return e-mail.
By Mail: Mail your tickets to us at least one week in advance of the performance you cannot attend. Please include a note indicating your name, the performance date you would prefer, and a phone number. Tickets can be mailed to: Penguin Rep Box Office, P.O. Box 91, Stony Point, New York 10980-0091.
By Fax: Our fax machine is on most of the time except during performances. Simply make a photocopy of your tickets, include on the photocopy your name, phone number and the performance you wish to change to, and fax at least 48 hours in advance of the performance you cannot attend to: (845) 786-3638. We will confirm receipt of your fax by return fax.
Sorry, no exchanges will be made over the telephone.
Ticket Donations Subscribers who cannot attend a performance (and are unable to exchange their tickets) may call the Box Office to release their seats up to 8 hours prior to performance time as a donation. In return, we will send you an acknowledgement treating the value of your released seats as a tax deductible contribution.
Lost Tickets We will replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets free of charge. Just call the Box Office: (845) 786-2873.
Discounts on Tickets Bring a friend or family member! Penguin Rep subscribers may purchase additional tickets to our mainstage productions at $27 instead of $30, a 15% savings. To receive the discount, tickets must be purchased in advance.
Seating Requests If you’d like to attend with friends or family members who are also subscribers, you must order your tickets for everyone at the same time. We will also do our best to seat you with non-subscriber friends who are purchasing single tickets, if you place the order for their tickets along with your subscription. If you have any special needs (such as wheelchair seating, hearing or visual impairment, etc.), please let us know and we will do our best to try to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee any specific seats.
