• Purchasing Tickets
  Tickets can be purchased with cash, by check or by Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.  Tickets must be paid for in advance.  Unpaid reservations will not be accepted.  Tickets will be held for you at the Box Office and must be picked up at least 15 minutes prior to curtain time.

• Provisions for Patrons with Special Needs
  Penguin Rep’s Bobbi Lewis Barn Theatre is wheelchair accessible.  Please contact the Box Office if you require special seating.  Special seating must be requested at the time of ticket order.  If you or anyone in your party is in a wheelchair, please arrive at the theatre no later than 30 minutes before curtain.  Disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  While we will do our best to accommodate any special needs, we cannot guarantee specific seats. 

• Beepers / Cellular Phones / Emergency Phone Number 
  If you are expecting calls during a performance, you should leave your name and seat location with the Box Office and our telephone number (845-786-2873) with your service.  We recommend providing baby sitters with the above phone number and your seat location in case of any emergency.  The use of cell phones in the theatre is prohibited.

• Single Ticket Exchanges
  Tickets cannot be exchanged for another performance or refunded.

• Returns/Refunds
  Tickets cannot be returned or refunded.  All sales are final.

• Inclement Weather Policy
  In the event of a cancellation of a show, Penguin Rep will attempt to contact all patrons. The theatre will also post notices of such a cancellation on our website, http://www.penguinrep.org/.  If the performance goes forward as scheduled, yet you find you are unable to attend due to inclement weather, we may at our discretion honor your tickets at another performance. . !

• Late Seating                                                                                     
  At curtain time, you will lose your assigned seat.  In order to not disturb other patrons or the performers, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management; seating is not guaranteed.  ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME!

• Sitting With Friends
  We will do our best to seat you with friends if you please place the order for everyone at the same time.

• Gift Certificates

PASTA CUCINA DINNER SPECIALS
